Upgrade question

I'm upfrading my motherboard and CPU from AMD K6-II 350 to 1.0 Athlon. Currently I have a 250W power supply installed and have had no problems, will this be suffucient or do I need to upgrade?
I have 2 hard drives
CD-RW
CD-ROM
USB hub
graphics tablet
card reader
case fan

if its a good quality, name brand PSU u might be able to do that yes.

so u can try it... but if your PC locks up or crashes randomly then u may want to consider a more beefy PSU. a name brand 300W unit reccommended (antec, deer?, sparkle, toptower, enermax)
