AMD 1.4GHz CPU overating issues?

Hi guys; I'm posting to see if anyone else is having the problems two of my friends are having with their 1.4GHz AMD Athlon boxes.
Their boxes are, as I already mentioned, 1.4GHz CPU equipped, with ASUS K7A266 and K7M266 boards. Their components are decent parts, with decent CPU fans, and additional cooling slot-fan in mid-tower cases. These two boxes consistently reboot after extended operation (3+ hours) and it would seem that it is heat-related... Anyone else seeing this problem??

Get some good cooling. Or leave case open.

With no sufficient airflow inside the case your CPU will keep getting hotter.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .

Could be a PSU issue...
