Athlon XP and Antec PS

I am currently building a system with an Athlon XP 1600 processor and am going to get the Antec SOHO fileserver case that comes with a 400 watt power supply that is not AMD approved for the processor, the PP412X. Will this powersupply be adequate for use with my Athlon XP processor?

Yes. It has the extra power lead that will fit P4 motherboards. The Antec 403 is approved by AMD probably because it has intake vents above the cpu which helps with cooling.
