I have a dell tower and windows xp installed on my system. I would like to know which apps to use to keep your system healthy and in good working order?

Personally I am partial to Microsoft Security Essentials and IOBit Advanced System Care, which are also both free, but the Pro version of Advanced System Care has a lot of really nice system optimization and care tools and its only $20.
