Open dialog box

I have a open dialog box and can not close it I dont know
what box is open. and the computer is asking for a 25
diget number and I put a bad number it the first time and
it wont forget the bad number. I have the right number but
it wont accept it. I re started the computer back 5 Months
and it did not help. what do i do now. Thanks Huey

What program is it related to? This newsgroup supports the Broadband
