Hello,
I have Windows 7 home premium 64-bit system desktop PC.
After plunging in the Bluetooth 2 USB dongle to a free USB port, Windows successfully installed a generic bluetooth driver for the device.
I then encounter the following problems:
1. I cannot connect to hte internet
2. I am unable to scan any bluetooth devices
2. My anti-virus (Kaspersky Anti-virus 2013) software reports that it cannot load certain components. ( anti-malware, anti-spam etc.)
I restarted computer but the problem persists.
I have to do a system restore to before bluetooth driver install to have everything working back normally again.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
