Do i need to save program files x86 if i restore from d drive

Do I need to save folders program files (x86), program files, and users if I restore from D drive? I have Windows 7.

No, if you do a system restore, you keep all of your files*. The only time you need to backup files is when you do a fresh install.

*Sometimes Windows might accidentally delete recent file, so if you have something uber important back it up just in case.
