This may be a dumb questions, but here goes.
I've read alot of articles on here about water coolers for your cpu. Has anyone tried replacing the water with any other liquid, like anti-freeze or some other exotic solution? Has there been in increase or decrease in cooling temps as a result?

Thanks

I've heard of someone using a very viscous oil. But I never saw the results.

The best thing to use would be a none conductive liquid with good cooling properties. That way if you have a leak - nothing shorts out.

I was told about a hostile oil,it's all foreign and it repels all warmth.
If you have any questions about cooling don't hesitate to ask me.

You could put WatterWetter in the water which will increase the heat transporting ability.
Look in the Overclocking - Cooling forum, there are more threads going about this topic.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground  .
