I have finished playing with the DDR333, found out that SiS645 is not all that. Both technologies are not worth comparing to RDR based systems. but they beat the snot out of SDRAM based system. The DDR333 does have the memory bandwidth of PC600 RDR yet lacks performance.
Anyway, this should give everyone an idea how the chipsets stack up. The memory technology seems stable.

Poor overclocking, had problem finding CDROM after OS load. has vcore adjustments but useless for overclocking.

Asus P4T with 1.8Ghz overclocked
I was rather supprised that the P4X266 scored as well as it did with slower DDR266 ram. The SiS645 was a dissappointment. The Intel chipset is by far the best choice. I am unable to post I845D scores till Jan 7, along with a barrage of others (SGI P4Z I850), with northwood. Even tho others do it, I will not even consider violating NDA.
I will get a new image hosting site setup so I can post other benches too, Including P3 XEON stuffs for Kelidin the artfull doubter.
