What components does the 3.3v provide power for? Also, would a 3.3v running high at 3.9v kill video cards? My problem is that I have gone through 2 video cards and the only thing I see wrong is that the 3.3v is running high at 3.9. How can I fix this? Will changing power supplies help?

Thanks,

Dae Jin

Can you change voltage on the board or through bios?

Changing power supplies might help as long as it's not a problem caused by a jumper setting on the motherboard itself. Find out if the board has a VIO adjustment.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

I cannot change the voltage in the bios and there are no jumper settings.

Strange indeed that you have no jumpers on board for voltage settings?
What is your motherboard ?
