I'm seeing this chick [cumbags and drugs thread].

She does Xtc and wants me to drop with her - the pressure is on. I just got a text msg and the rudeness of what she wants to do to me tonight [Friday night] is just too rude to post. Ok, maybe not but I did warn you, it reads:

"Bomber, I want to blow you until you cream, root you until you drop and dance with you on X until we drift into Highway heaven" [supplement Bomber for my first name and you get the pic].

Doods, I am anti-drugs but EVERYBODY tells me this shite is soft and once wont hurt me.

Who of you would do it? Anybody?

xtc can be really dangerous if you don't have a clean source of it.

here most drug related deaths are from household chemicals being substituted with xtc and the people ingesting truly poisonous stuff. or it being cut with somthing dodge.

Yeah, I figured it was Russian Roulette with this illicit shite. The dood we are going to owns this penthouse and she reckons he gets only the best shite in town. Now I dont believe half-arsed statements about the 'best shite in town' but the temptation is killing me.

Having a bad experience on drugs is really terrible. I can't stress that enough. I don't know what a bad x trip would be like but I'm sure it's nasty.

The symptoms of Extacy can be seen in the user after 20 minutes of consuming the drug. Symptoms involve a pounding and racing heart, a dry mouth, large pupils, muscular tension (in both the face and the body), cramps, twitching and a churning stomach. Also, feeling hot and sticky is very common. Being very affectionate with everything around you, giggling uncontrollably and talking excessively are all normal symptoms after taking a pill. Music is said to get better and lights too have been said to get brighter. Eyes might get itchy and puffed while vision will become blurred. Grinding of teeth and clenching of both fists and your jaw are also common reactions. The body can also release a chemical known as ADH (anti diuretic hormone) that stops you from peeing as often as you should. An overdose can lead to vomiting, dizziness, head pains and terrible cramping. Overdoses can happen from even one pill, depending on the person and the pill and its quantities. All these pains occur because Extacy puts an extremely big strain on your heart, kidney and lungs. The "peak" while on Extacy is from 60-90 minutes. Effects can last from 4-6 hours if pure MDMA, 3-5 hours if MDEA, and 8-10 hours if MDA. These are just approximations, effects will last depending on the weight and purity of the pill. Also, effects will depend on the mental and physical sate of the user. On the "comedown", effects can be the opposite of those when at the peak. The user might feel tired and depressed, and a little confused and dazed. Memory loss and appetite gain can also occur. Long term users may experience colds and flu after every comedown. Also, long term male users might experience erection problems to up to 40%, and may also see that the size of their penis will decrease. This is not rare, and is thought to happen because of the amphetamine mixed into the pill. (1,2,3,5,7)
Although the long term effects of Extacy have not been proven yet, many scientists believe that Extacy can lead to brain damage and memory loss in addictive users. Many tests have been done which show that MDMA damages certain neurons in the brain that release a chemical called seratonin (5 HT hydroxytryptamine). This chemical controls emotions, sleep, appetite,
memory and reasoning. Basically, cells release seratonin when a person needs to feel happy. After this "happy stage" of the person has come, the cells then release other chemicals to take away the seratonin, leaving the person to feel normal again. When Extacy is used, it blocks the cell after it releases the seratonin, causing the person to feel happy for longer. Eventually, the seratonin cycle is affected and the person is constantly stressed and depressed. Low amounts of seratonin can lead to depression and anxiety. A simple way to see if you are even slightly being affected by low seratonin is to see if it is now impossible for you to go a week without taking Extacy and only when you do take Extacy, you feel happy. If this has been happening to you, doctors suggest that you immediately catch up on your sleep and appetite, and also give about a month for your body to go without Extacy. Memory loss has been spotted in users in up to 2 weeks after taking the drug. Tests performed at the John Hopkins University show that people on MDMA scored lower on memory tests than others who had never taken MDMA before. The Hopkins University did a new study to monkeys. In this the researchers would feed the
monkeys with either salt water, or MDMA twice a day, for four days. The monkeys had their brains examined two weeks after this experiment and also 6 years after this experiment. In the examination made two weeks after the experiment, researchers found there to be damage to the seratonin neurons in some parts of the brain. The parts that were damaged included the necortex, which is where the conscious lies, and the hippocampus, where long term memories are stored. The monkeys that had their brains checked 6 years after were thought to have very little recovery in the number of seratonin in their brains. Although little recovery was found, it was only seen in some parts of the brain, while other affected parts had not recovered at all. Doctors are now asking the question on if these results are the same for humans. Brain scans were also done to people who had used Extacy 200 times in five years. The scans showed there to be major brain damage in these patients, and scans also showed that these damages got worse as the user took more Extacy. Also, a recent autopsy on a heavy user of
Extacy found there to be 60-80% less seratonin in his brain. (1,2,7,8,9)
Besides the long-term effects of Extacy on people, there is also the everyday danger of dehydration and over heating when taking Extacy. Extacy is usually taken at raves or parties, and people dance the whole night when they take them. By itself, the drug already has dehydrating substances, and dancing makes the body loose even more fluids. Most deaths that have happened
have occurred due to dehydration and heat stroke. When the body starts to overheat, small clots start to appear in the bloodstream. This causes brain tissue in the body and the brain to bleed. This bleeding can cause comas and heat-stroke's. The need to drink around a pint of water or energy drinks every hour is vital for those users who are dancing. Alcohol is a bad choice in drink, because it dehydrates the body too. Also, excessive drinking can lead to water intoxication, which is a problem within itself, and can also cause the brain to swell which may lead to comas. Water isn't some sort of remedy for curing Extacy, but only helps fight off the dehydrating qualities that the drug contains. Eating salty snacks is also a good idea. Also, taking a break from the dancing is recommended for the heart to give itself a break. For the body to recover from Extacy, lots of Vitamin C and Calcium are needed. Also, sleeping and eating is another way of recovery, since a lot of energy is lost from the dancing and being hyper while at the peak. (1,3,4,7)
Extacy has been one of the drugs most desired by the public in the past decade. It is known to carry a risk factor along with it, but this factor seems to have become exaggerated by the media to certain levels. Although it is no "Killer Drug", Extacy has caused some deaths. Most of these deaths could have been prevented if the users had been careful. After saying all this, I must state again that Extacy is among the Class A group of drugs. This group contains the most dangerous drugs, and that is why all people are recommended to stay far away from this drug as possible.

The problem with this idea is that even if you pulled it off on the spot you would not be able to keep up with her, after a few hours.

Of course the one time sex thing is appealing but a long(er) term relationship with this woman would not be for me. She needs the drug in order to become the person you like (is that correct)? If so, this is not going to work ever. You have not experienced her, being off the dope.

Would I be tempted enough to try it for myself once? I don't think so but I haven't been in such a position yet. I do know some people that had to cope with withdrawal effects though, and that looked nasty, so I guess this isnt for me.

Did speed once and not much I might add, and I really dont think its worth it! I'll stick with beer and green stuff even if both of them do have repercusion btu they do take much more time to get to "a point of no return".
