Driver for internet camera

I cant find a driver for my internet USB camera, it called PD 300U TinyCam usb camera, more details in here: http://www.ipc.ne.jp/pd/pd-product.html
its what i got,
i have Windows XP (with sp1)
the driver in the disc - i tryied to install it but with no success, there is a yellow "!" on the camera in the Device manager, when i try to use the program of the camera all i get is snow..


if anyone can help me, I'll appreciate it!!
