Interent pages not loading

...so sometimes when I click on a link or a website etc...it won't load up or it takes a while to do so but when I use the browser back then forward arrows they will load right up with no problem? Whats causing this? Happens on Firefox and Explorer.

depends if your local server or the server your trying to get the data is overloaded or the one between you. when some of the data loads or most of it the web bowser now loads the static web page info from your hard drive and then only looks on the web page for changes.

try updating the firmware on your router..the drivers for wifi/ethernet card. in the router try using google dns or open dns to see if your local dns is the issue. also run a network sniffer. if your running a wifi network if it open...could have leachers that sucking your bandwidth. check your pings and packet loss. if there a lot may want switch adaptors to see if the packet loss changes.

...well so far I updated the firmware on router and waiting to see if that helps out any before doing more...thanks smo!
