Just one word of warning, if you're using Arctic Silver II (as you should be) the tubes it comes in are horrible.
You start pressing on the end but nothing comes out, so you press a little harder and a little harder and then PTHBBBT, it comes out all at once.
Great thermal grease, horrible tube.

most definately artic silver is the best, but im building my sisters computer tomorow and i need the stuff tomorow. no one local caries the stuff. i got a zinc oxide pack with the heatsink, will that be good enough for a vantec coper heat sink on a durron 900?

I'm using a duron 800 with a cool master hsf and just the thermal pad works fine no frezes or lockups.

Oh aye its guaranteed, but I'm not too sure about the stuff inside. - Scotty

When applying thermal grease, you want to make there's not too much, so just use a piece of cardboard or paper or some other rigid piece of something to spread it on the core, and keep in on the top, as the heatsink only touches the top.. but remember, spread it T-H-I-N
