Are Pentium 4 Ready cases only compatible with Pentium 4 chips? I am building 2 Celeron systems, and all the cases I am coming across are labeled "Pentium 4 ready." Will this be a problem with the Celeron chips or any other chip, for that matter?
Thanks

A "P4 ready" case just means two things, it has a high capacity power supply that provides that extra 4 wire power connector that Intel made with newer ATX 2.03 specification, that supplies the motherboard with extra current. Second, the case backplate has screwholes located as specified by Intel to mount the P4 Heatsink/fan assembly.

Its just P4 ready, you buy it now and put in a Celeron 633 with 810, if you sometime later upgrade it to a P4 you wont need to replace it then!
