I AM UNABLE TO GET WINDOWS 8 TO INSTALL CRICKET BROADBAND

Hello, AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP i cannot get my cricket pantech modem to work on win8 I have no problems on win7, vista or xp but it says it cannot install it. the cricket program says it is installed and ready to go but when it try to connect it says devise not connected everything looks good but it doesn't work any one else haveing this problem i have a usb modem by pantech

are all of your USB and chipset driver's installed? update them from the manufacture webpage?
is there no way to use ethernet with your modem?

windows 8 has no idea what a cricket usb modem is.

i have no idea what a cricket usb modem is, haha never seen one anyway.

it would suprise me if it didnt at least detect the modem when plugged in though.

usb modem drivers are provided by manufacturer, and i wouldn't see why they would have a readily available win8 version now.
