Buying new laptop

Hello. I'am buying new laptop but i don't know what to choose. I have 2 options:

1.
Acer Aspire
15,6" - 40 cm HD LED (1366 x 768)
AMD Phenom II Quad Core N950 (2,1 GHz)
8 GB DDR3
640 GB SATA
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650, 2GB

ASUS K53SV
15,6" - 40 cm HD LED (1366 x 768)
Intel Core i7 2630QM (2 GHz, 6 MB L2)
4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
640 GB SATA, 5400 obr/min
nVidia GeForce GT 540M, 1 GB


I'll use it for graphic editing, programing and also want to play games sometimes. Which one of those 2 is better? Price is same.

Well they look about the same.
Gaming/performance wise, GPU's are very similar.
The intel processor is significantly better than AMD one.
And well, acer has 8gb RAM while asus got 4gb.

personally, I would get the asus. you can always upgrade the RAM later for rather cheaply.
