The Latitude D610 is from 2005 IIRC. Sorry to say this, but I don't think that you'll find Windows 7 drivers for all of the hardware in a laptop that old. If Dell doesn't have any, then your next best chance is to check with the audio controller's manufacturer's website, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
