Solution
Most likely a heat or power problem. If the battery is fully charged, your system is likely overheating and shutting down automatically to keep from damaging itself. Get a can of compressed air and blow out both the input and output vents. Then fire up the system and verify that the fans are actually turning. If the fans aren't working, you may need to replace them (yourself or under warranty). If that isn't the problem, then your mobo is likely defective.
