evergreen cpu upgrades

Is it worth upgrading w/ an evegreen tech performa cpu 1 ghz
I have PII 350 on a soyo SY-6BA+ MB slot1 plus 128 mb ram.
Does anyone have any experiance with the evergreen cpu. Oh I dont play games mostly use for internet stock research and trading. I use a cable modem Thanx

It will work on your system, but you might also try contacting Powerleap to see if the iP3/T adapter with Celeron 1200 (Tualatin) will work, for only $10 more it's probably about 40% faster.

Well, if you only use the comp for internet there's no point in upgrading the cpu. Just my 2 cents.
