not sure if iv posted in the right section, please correct me if im wrong
my first time posting here, been useing the forums to check stuff for a while
my problem is with a customers laptop,
was left in with a bad virus, her windows profile was corrupted and couldnt log in,
i recovered her files, and completely formatted the hdd useing hirens boot disk
reinstalled windows and everything seemed fine,
was haveing trouble finding the wireless drivers so used my drivers dvd(driver solutions 12) and allowed it to update all drivers, everything still seemed fine
now i come in today to finish off install software etc.. and iv no keyboard or mouse, works fine with a usb mouse and keyboard, and the laptops own mouse and keyboard work fine in bios
iv since reinsatlled windows again and still the problem persists,
any ideas? thanks in advance
