hi all can a 1200mhz M/Board be replaced by 866Mhz as this is all i can find both Intel 111M ,reason is both ports are damaged USB and ethernet
easier to replace board but a bit worried i cant find info to clarify this question.O/S is xp pro 512mb ram dell latititude laptop c400

the actual boards themselves don't have a freuquency so you must be talking about either the CPU or ram frequency, replacing a laptop mobo is quite specific, i think you should move this thread to the mobo section of the forum.
