Take it for what you want. Believe it or not, dismiss it as pure speculation if you like (well, it is probably). But I would suspect AMD to have an idea of how hammer will perform, and if this info really originates from them, Hammer looks good.

Now it works. If the info is true, then the Hammer will rock.

Even if it is true, it's just one benchmark.
The release date of December 02 sure looks good though.
