Hello, my windows 7, 64 bit laptop does not start after shutdown. it asks me if I want to run repair, but repair can not fix the problem. then I have to restore it to the earliest point to start again. But then the next time I shut down it does exctly the same.

Sounds like your hard drive might be getting ready to take a dump on you but can you get into Safe Mode or Safe Mode Command Prompt? You might be able to run a Chkdsk on your drive.

Run a hard drive test in DOS... HIRENS BOOT CD etc, it sounds like a failing hard drive...
