i am running my xp 1700+ at 1.65v instead of 1.75v, and thus i am getting -2c temp.

my question is, is that going to hurt the cpu or make any problem?

i run sisoft cpu bm and cpu mm and got the same results for the both vcores, so i do not think it will effect on the performance.

wish if there was UnDo in the life

Nope, if it runs stable go ahead and lower the voltage, if it locks up for no reason, it may not have enough, but you cannot damage a cpu with to little voltage.

as long as the system is stable, there is no problem for lowering the voltage.
