Dimension 4600 Headphone - How to connect to intel FP audi..

Could someone please enlighten me with the pin assignment for the
stupid front headphone connector on a Dell Dimension 4600 (No Mic
jack) to connect it to the front audio connection pin block on an ASUS
P4P800-VM MoBo.

The original connector to the Dell front panel has the following pin
assignment:

i have a have a headphone it work right bt when i connect it with pots cpu has also give sound and head phone too . i wana ask u that how can i make unilateral sound only when i connect headphone mean that only headphone give sound not cpu speaker .next question is how to make live chat on headphone or pc to pc call please reply
