Scheduling Downloads

Does anyone know of a utility or a method that allows us t download from a source say, once a week? We have several design guides on a local authorities website that can change without notification. We'd like to have them downloaded automatically so we know we basically have the latest editions.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, it does. I've use it for a year now but never noticed the daily downloads section Now the problem is that the URL might change whenever they update the edition. doh...
