Hello,
can computer virus damage the system speaker and webcam

They can't damage the actual hardware, but they could and do cause things to happen with the speakers and webcam. The virus could cause the webcam to record you and send video to someone else, or it could make the speakers play sounds from the computer, etc.

if both of them are usb devices check for bent pins on the usb ports or the i\o shield shorting the usb ports out.
