Scrolling problems

Hello,
when i try to scroll down/up it doesn't scroll smoothy , the window keeps on redrawing , please do you have any solution for this problem

Does that happen on ALL windows? Or just windows with heavy advertising and graphics?
Test some text only windows and see if the scrolling smooths out.
