Memory Card Needs To Be Formatted By My PC

I Was Copying My Pics To My Pc.....suddenly It Shows That The Memory Card Needs to be formatted and this thing happened with me more than 3 times but i don't Want To Lose It this time Because These Pics Are Really Very Important To Me...now how Do I Prevent These Pics And Get It Back???

try copying the pictures one at a time over, not the whole folder at once. it could be just one picture not saved right. if you can get all the pictures but one over you know where ur issue is. you can try running scandisk on it but I WOULD DEFENTLY try using it on another computer before that because scandisk can modify the file system and could cause it to lose info or files.

Are you plugging your card directly into the computer?

Try leaving it in your camera and plugging the camera into the computer. Perhaps this will cause the system to use an alternative method to imports your data.

Also, you might try to update the '4 in 1 card driver' software.

I also had similar problem last time, the memory card shows need to format error. I did some research and found the solution
