US Laptop is Europe?

Hi, I have a question. I am buying a ebay laptop and i have a question that's probably a bit silly to you

Is there any difference in charging? As far as i know there is a different voltage in the US and Europe/Asia.

It shows this at the AC
AC Adapter
Output: 19 V DC, 4.74 A, 150W
Input:100~240 V AC, 50/60 Hz universal

All i want to know is can it safely be used in Europe with European sockets/voltage? (Sockets are passable, adapter should be easy to buy)

Oh bummer, cant edit the title, it was supposed to be an IN, not IS.

It would work fine, It will have a different socket, but you could get a converter to put on it.
I've used a laptop in 3 different Continents with no problem. Same voltages.
