What is the Highest CPU my board can handle?

Hello

I have an URGENT question.

Printed on my motherboard is the number: ATC-6220 rev.2.0

I wanted to download the manual for my board from the A-trend website ( www.atrend.com.tw ) but they have two different manuals for my board:

ATC-6220
ATC-6220M

Which manual applies to MY board?

I need to know what the highest CHIP my board supports is.

The reason this is an URGENT message is that I had taken the 6220M manial at face value and ordered a Pentium 3 500mhz Chip and if it turns out my board cannot support that despite what it says in the manual I will need to cancel my order.

Thank you all so much for your time and patience!

PS - I have written SEVERAL emails to Atrend but they never responded!:(

ATC-6220M is the micro form factor board. how many PCI slots does your mobo have? 2 or 6? M version has 2 PCI slots.

Your mobo will support that CPU. you mobo should be able to support up to a P3 800 non EB version.

Hi!

My board has 1 AGP 4 PCI and 3 ISA slots:)

Wow I really hope it supports the P3! When I originally got it in 1998 I was told it would only support up to P2 450mhz - does that mean I need a bios upgrade?

Thanks SOOOOO much for responding!

Oh yeah, your board is not the Micro FF board.

Ahh Thank you Fugger:)

The only thing is that the manual for the ATC-6220 says the highest is P2 450 but the manual for the ATC-6220M says the highest is the P3 500mhz. - so in that respect I was hoping it WAS the M hehe.

So you think I should ignore the manual? Atrend wont respond to any of my emails so any links to current info on these boards would be HUGELY appreciated! And thank you sooo much for all your help so far! You renewed a glimmer of hope for me:)
