I tried this method "Press and hold the 0 (zero) key on your keyboard and then press the computers power switch. When the computer turns on, the Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility screen will appear" but did not work any ideas

If still you can't get to the recovery screen, you will have to order a recovery DVD from Toshiba.
