USB 3.0 ports not working

Hi guys. My USB 3.0 ports arent working, any ideas? I have 2 USB 3.0 front ports that are hooked up to the motherboard and 2 addition USB 3.0 ports back ports pre-installed on the motherboard. None of the four can detect my USB 2.0 devices. The USB 2.0 ports works fine. Please help, thanks!

What board do you have?

make sure you have installed usb 3.0 drivers included with your motherboard cd
