Rid my computer of personal sec

Hello,
I have NOT installed Personal Security, it's keeps popping up and blocking my other programs even downloads. I have went to my C drive, task manager, ms defender, uninstall and delete. NOTHING works. Help

Try malwarebytes but honestly that is a nasty virus and your better off doing a reformat.

Back up your data, wipe the hard drive out and reinstall Windows. You MIGHT be able to manually clean the infection, but reinstalling Windows is a much safer method.

My last XP install lasted 6 years before I bought a new comp and I ran months at a time between restarts. Never got slow. Well, got slower than a fresh install, but leveled out within a month. didn't get slower after that.

It's all about learning self-control and not spamming the "OK" button and "GOTTA HAVE MORE IE CONTROL BARS AND WIDGETS!!!"
