Hey guys,

I just put a wireless card in my computer, which allows me to move my computer around a bit more. I was wondering if I can put my computer in the dining room next to the kitchen, because of all the oils. Are there any required concerns about it sucking in oil from the air? does oil even evaporate at normal cooking temperatures. I do indulge myself in some deep-fried chips once in a while :D , so i was just checking to make sure its not a problem.

Thanks,
Launde

Im not sure i understand the question.
What is the distance from your Pc to where you actually cook?
Oil, as any liquid evaporates even at room temperature, but the spread it has is ratehr minimal (unless it is boiling).

Sorry, I was thinking about putting the computer behind a wall that mostly blocks the room from the kitchen, but there is doorway through the middle.
I don't think it will really be a problem, but i just wanted to check if anyone had problems with this kind of thing, or if it might damage components or wear them out faster than normal.
