Hello,

I have a new Asus TUSL-M mobo with a Celeron 1.2 and for a while it showed at post as 1200, and then it started showing as 800 ? It also now shows as 800 in bios. What could make it do this? It

The unit freezes at any given time as well with just a HD on it.

128 RAM - on board Display/sound 20 Gig HD

what kinde of ram do you have? sometimes if you have cheap ram it will freeze your system and when you reboot the motherboard will set you fsb to 100mhz and the multiplier to 10X. also it could be the psu. and if you are over clocking tell us.
