Graphics Problem

Ohkay,
So about 2 weeks ago i updated my video drivers for my video card and now i
get really weird things that happen specifically with steam games.

Stuff in the game will grow and shrink, while the rest stays the same size.

I have reinstalled steam and My games several times but still cant manage
to get it to go back to normal. I've also tried to roll-back the drivers but that
didn't work either.

I have a EVGA gtx 260 (super clocked edition)
Windows 7 64 bit

Go back to basics,,remove card, clean connectors, firmly seat card, reconnect both [?] 6 pin connectors,uninstall drivers,shut system down,go back to an earlier driver issue,and/or test card in another computer,I have the EVGA GTX 275 and never had a problem except that I had to replace the TIM as it had all migrated to the top and right of the gpu,was getting a little warm etc...
