We have no idea unless you tell us what power supply you currently have.
I myself would go with at least a name-brand 300W PSU. Make sure it provides a decent amperage on the 12V rail; a lot of P4 owners are having their 12V voltage dragged down to 11V and then wondering why their systems lock up.

I have a 350 watt PS that fits a Abit BH6 thats all I know. I guess the question is do the P4 mobo's require a different PS or plug. Or will any ATX work?

P4 motherboards typically require two supplemental plugs that many power supplies don't have--a tiny square ATX-like plug and a 6-pin plug that resembles an AT power plug. And of course, the standard ATX plug is also required. If you don't have these plugs, you need to get a new power supply to run a P4.

on asus motherboards...you dont need an atx 12 volt plug (that square plug).
you can use a molex connector (the thing you plug into your CD rom, HD, etc for power) and plug it directly into the motherboard.
asus does this so you dont have to go off and spend $50+ on a new power supply.
I don't believe Abit requires the new "Meet P4" style PSU, but if you really dont wanna buy a new PSU, you might wanna think about getting an Athlon XP instead of the P4...

I also stumbled across a new motherboard maker, Sapphire. They have an i845 board with the molex connector plug, like was mentioned. Check the second picture from the link.
And since I'm posting links to pictures on Newegg, have a look at this board. Gigabyte i845 (I love that blue color, BTW). Now, I don't recognize those two orange plugs on the edge, next to the last PCI slot. Anyone know what those are?

Ok I've built lets see now in the last 3 weeks 1 sis 645 based soyo p-4 an Intel 845 (by intel) system and an Intel 850 based p-4 system (intel mobo also) .. I have yet to locate the Third connector you mention or a place to put it .. I have several generic psu's and a enemax 431 watt p-4 approved one .. the only unusual connector on any of them is the legacy PS-2 connector .. am I missing something here .. all of the above systems run fine ( well the 845 intel runs as fine a the poor thing can lol)

Actually Burger, I can't be 100% sure, but I think those are just "holders" or whatever you want to call them...there just casings around the actual plug/pins for extra USB ports.......you know what i mean by casing/holders......like IDE connectors have......same idea....
Someone look up the Manual for that board, i'm sure it'll be in there.....

I realized what the actual plastic was for, I just wasn't sure what was supposed to be plugged in there.
You're right, it's for an add-on bracket (as seen in the last picture). Probably USB2.0, but I'm not sure. There are several other odd plugs on the board, though.
