Freezes all the time

I have AthlonXP 1600+, MSI K7T266 Pro (MS-6380) Motherboard, and it freezes all the time and even sometimes restarts by itself, what could be wrong with it?
it works, but it just keeps freezeng and restarting...
Any suggestions?

Need a whole lot more information. What OS, other components, Case and PSU info. When does it freeze, is it when you doing somthing specific, or is it just random. What drivers do u have, if you're running win2k, do you have the SP2. With a little more info we may be able to help u out.
