Why I can't install a fresh installation of Far Cry 32-bit on windows 7 64-bit system?

Are you installing as an Administrator? It loaded on my Win7Ultx64 with no problems.

Try running in XP mode

I would right click on the installer and run as administrator. You might have to mess with your UAC settings as well.

Another option I've found is running the command prompt as an admin and running it from there.
