Error Report - Program not opening

Hi, I am having a strange problem that I am hoping to have some help with. At work we use a software called NAOMI to open digital X-Ray images. The program, however, is not opening on one of our computers. It works fine on all the other computers, and all other programs work fine on this one, it just will not open. No error messages, nothing. I just doesn't open and leaves an event error log as follows:

I wasn't sure if all that information was necessary, but I put it in anyway. Does anyone have any ideas about how to address this issue?

If you just click the box, it will show up. I thought the spoiler would collapse it, but I guess it works differently here. I will change that.
