How well will my PC be able to run Borderlands 2?

CPU: Pentium G620
GPU: Radeon HD 6870
RAM: 8GB Corsair 1333 MHz
Resolution: 1920x1080

Will I be able to play at max?
Also, will I be able to record with FRAPS?

Thanks!

I love it. Straight to the point. Great reply ;)

For others who may come across this post and wanting to know more about fraps: Fraps shouldn't take too much to run in terms of gpu power. As long as you can run a game at 60 - 70 fps or greater you should be ok gpu wise. The issue may come down to the quality you are trying to record at and the huge file sizes you will produce. I can only record at 45fps or lower because my hdd can't keep up with the amount of data being written. But at 45fps the game feels very slightly laggy (fraps limits the capture AND game play at chosen fps). This should be ok for anyone who isn't playing fast paced first person shooters.

Here is what happens to me:
If I set Fraps fps to 30 - game is far too laggy to play.
if I set Fraps fps to 60 - game feels fine but video only records at around 10fps.
if I set Fraps fps to 45 - game feels ok (but not great either) and the video looks fine (not brilliant but fine)

I would suggest using MSI Afterburner instead of fraps. Much lower file sizes, I haven't come across any fps issues in the video and MSI AB doesn't effect the gameplay fps. And best iof all, it is free.

Hope this helps.
