sorry we cant help you crack passwords, look for a label with the key on the bottom of the wifi router, if you dont see one you can try to guess or hold down the reset button and reset up youre password and this time record what it is.

You can always call Comcast support since they appear to be your ISP based off the Xfinity in the title.

if you have previously connected on a wifi enabled pc you can go to your connection right click and go to properties then go to security and go to the option box that says show characters.
if on a mac go to your keychain find your network name double click on it then go to show password check that box and enter in your user id and password it will then show the characters
yo do not need to crack or hack or anything ending in ack to view your own wifi password

Find or Change Your Internet Security Passphrase

1)Open the web browser that you use: Firefox,Google Chrome,IE,or Opera and type in the IP address for your router, and press the Enter key. < Router ip addresses can be found here

2)A window will open and then type in your routers default username and password, and press the Enter key again < Router usernames and passwords found here

3)Navigate to the Wireless Security\Network Security Settings Tab and open it to locate or change your WEP or WPA Security Passphrase.
Use WPA because it provides better security.

4)Write this Security Passphrase down and put it in a safe place to access when needed.

5)Save settings and close your browser.
