sorry we cant help you crack passwords, look for a label with the key on the bottom of the wifi router, if you dont see one you can try to guess or hold down the reset button and reset up youre password and this time record what it is.

if you have previously connected on a wifi enabled pc you can go to your connection right click and go to properties then go to security and go to the option box that says show characters.
if on a mac go to your keychain find your network name double click on it then go to show password check that box and enter in your user id and password it will then show the characters

4)Write this Security Passphrase down and put it in a safe place to access when needed.
