System recovery problem

Hello,
Why can´t I find the system recovery map on my computer. I found the info on how to do, but I failed. Press START, all programs, Accessories, System tools..then there are no system recovery to press as it should be? Why?

You may be confusing Factory Recovery with Windows System Restore which are two different things.
If System Restore is not in System Tools, you can invoke it as follows:

Click Start >> Run
Type rstrui.exe
Press <Enter> key
