outlook express problem

Well i got outlook express 6 and i'm running norton antivirus 2002 which i think is the problem. When ever i recive emial, i can't open or save the attachemnts that come with the emial, it's there but it's all grey and you can't even press on it. Anybody else has this problem, any solution to that.
