Hmm 2x xeons are 8 seconds faster than 2x 1900 MP's, for about 600 bucks more total....sounds like a great deal to me!

::rolls eyes::

PS: One 2000+ is only 3 seconds slower than a 2.2NW, for 300 less, thats 100 bucks a second.

Bravo intel tho, higest linux compile(from this benchmark set).

P4 still generally seems to suck in kernel compiling performance, northwood or not.My 1Ghz athlon also compiles kernel about 1 minute faster than my 1.5Ghz P4...

Personaly, I found it interesting that the AXP 2000+ did so much better than the AMP 1900+. There shouldn't be that much difference between a 1900+ and 2000+, and MP and XP should be the same except for SMP.

Or did I miss something and they used a different MB for the XP?

I do not like it Tom you see,
I do not like green PCB.
