HP mini immediately turns off when powered on

Im working on a HP mini 1151NR and as soon as i press the power switch it immediately turns right off. no boot screen, nothing just shut off the moment its turned on.
Any idea to the problem? Took out battery and still does the same thing.

I think this prob will be solved by any laptop repair store. They can see the laptop and can tell wats the prob is. Its better to take ti to them.

HP 1 GB even if the country's biggest upgrade to 2GB, it seems feasible. Here is a link to YouTube video, one guy to do this. I do not know whether he is or is not installed SP3. This should not make a difference.
