HELP! CPU not intializing!!

Building my own box, all jumpers & hardware properly installed. Floppy drive spins continuously, and CPU will not initialize! Any help or ideas appreciated!!!

You've probably got the Floppy drive cable inverted, and or your HD/CDROM cable. When you have one of these inverted, most computers today won't give a video signal. I suggest you disconnect floppy, HD and CDROM and then turn on your computer.
