Hi, Is there a program that monitors the cpu's (axp 1800+) temp. in real time, and how accurate is it? Thanks.
By the way, I just saw the movie that thg made with burnning AMD cpu's, it looks to me not real, I mean if the cpu got to 370 (or was it more?) degrees, I think there should have been much bigger damage, and how come the cpu keeps getting power... I expect cabels to melt faster than a cpu... And beside, I don't think hsf comes off that easily... what de hell?! (is thg sponsered by Intel?)
Yes there is, and it's accurate. Ask nicely and I might even tell you what it's called.
As for this:

This has been discussed to death, and nothing new will come out of another discussion.

At least these programs have worked very good for me:
<font color=red>Speedfan</font color=red> (free) <A HREF="http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php" target="_new">http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php</A>
<font color=red>Motherboard Monitor</font color=red> (free) and also allow you to log the info in a CSV file so you can open it with Excel and then make averages or whatever with the numbers.
<font color=red>Hmonitor</font color=red> (30 days free)
<font color=red>Mbprobe</font color=red> (free) <A HREF="http://majorgeeks.com" target="_new">http://majorgeeks.com</A>

Ok fb (short for Fat Hamburger), PLEASE share your knowledge with me, and while you're at it, why does your nickname (or are you really a fathamburger..??) appear in green? are you special? are you related to Tom? Cheers.
well, it could be 2 cases:
if you're talking about your father's brother (i.e your uncle), than tom is the son of your aunt.
else he might be your brother, or still the son of your aunt..
I have a feeling I'm missing somthing here though.
Well done, my cousin or my brother. Or as Raystonn pointed out, me. But of course, me and Tom aren't related at all, I just threw that in for the hell of it.
